Q: How does the augmented reality feature work on your T-shirts?
A: Each of our AR T-shirts comes with a unique design that can be scanned using the Instagram app on your smartphone or tablet. Once scanned, the design comes to life on your screen, providing an interactive and immersive experience.

Q: Which app do I need to use to view the AR features?
A: Instagram. It is free to download on both iOS and Android devices.

Q: Will the AR feature work on any smartphone?
A: The AR feature is designed to work on most modern smartphones and tablets that have a camera. 

Product Care

Q: How should I wash my AR T-shirt to preserve the design?
A: To preserve the integrity of the AR design, we recommend washing the T-shirt inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low. Avoid direct ironing on the design.

Q: Can the AR feature fade or stop working over time?
A: Please be advised that the augmented reality (AR) feature associated with this T-shirt is provided as a complementary enhancement and is not guaranteed to be available indefinitely. The performance and availability of the AR effect are subject to the reliability and ongoing compatibility of the software and platforms used to create and host the AR experience. Due to the dynamic nature of technology and software platforms, updates or changes made by the platform providers or the discontinuation of certain features could potentially impact the AR effect's functionality or availability.

Additionally, the AR experience relies on the integrity of the image printed on the T-shirt. If the image is in any way altered, distorted, stretched, or damaged, it may hinder the AR tracking technology's ability to recognize and interact with the design, thereby affecting the overall AR experience. We recommend handling and washing the T-shirt according to our care instructions to preserve the quality of the image. However, extreme wear and tear or damage to the design may affect its functionality.

A: Ensure that you have followed all instructions for using the AR app and that your device is compatible. The instructions can be found on our instructions page. If issues persist, contact our support team for assistance.

Q: Will the AR features be updated or changed over time?
A: We continually work on improving and updating the AR experiences associated with our T-shirts. Keep your app updated to receive the latest features.
